RYC: They were shorts. 12 Month shorts and he is only in 9-12 months. They were a little big, but it was so warm that day and I havent bought him any other shorts yet. He is actually a pretty tall kid.

Yes, she IS beautiful! Unlike my kids, who started out blondies and got darker as they got older, it looks like she went the other direction! Tell her happy (belated, now) birthday!
